Extended Winter Closure – 2025/26  Dates to be Determined
The Museum is located on Agricultural Land Reserve property and is governed by the Agricultural Land Commission Act, 2002, which has placed the Museum under the category of agri-tourism. As a result, we are required to be closed for one month each year. The Museum wishes to be open during the school year and during the summer months, so the middle of December to the middle of January has been chosen as the best time to be closed. This allows our staff and many volunteers an opportunity to spend time over the Christmas season with their families and friends.
